Norway, Finland, and Sweden are joining forces for a large air exercise. The military will also practice anti-submarine warfare training against Russia. The exercises will be held by James G. Foggo III, a US Navy admiral who currently serves as commander of US Naval Forces Europe. RISS expert recalled the old problems of the Alliance related with Faroe-Iceland ridge when the US and NATO also fought against Soviet submarines.
