Biography: He was born in 1948. For a long time he has worked in practical organizations that study political issues of East Asia (including work abroad). Since 1994 he has been working In the Russian Institute for strategic studies. He is the author of more than 40 studies.

Areas of expertise: studying of peculiarities and tendencies of political regime in China after PRS formation, specificity of formation and evolution of special administrative regions of China.

Dissertation: Evolution of political regimes in China in the reform period (1976-2002).

Article: About the peculiarities of the situation in East Asia in the context of global changes (some conclusions for Russia and Vietnam)
