Bio

He was born on May 7, 1951. In 1974 - 1991 was in military service. His last position was the Assistant Chief of Staff of the Joint Armed Forces of the Warsaw Pact Countries. In 1991 - 1995 he is the international journalist in Germany and Poland. From 1995 to 2013 he worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, and Israel). He has the diplomatic rank of 1st class Minister Counselor. Speaks English, French, Polish, Turkish, and Turkmen languages. The author of over 100 published monographs, books, and scientific articles.
