It was attended by such experts as Thomas Graham, managing Director of Kissinger Associates; Andrew Weiss, Vice – President of the Carnegie Foundation; Eugene Rumer, Director of the Russian-Eurasian programs of the Carnegie Foundation and others. During the meeting participants discussed the international situation due to the crisis in Ukraine, foreign policy priorities of Russia and the United States, prospects of development of relations between Russia and the United States with China, and possibilities of conflict preventions in the various regions of the world.
