During the international forum «Arctic projects – today and tomorrow», held on October 29-30, 2015 in Arkhangelsk, were discussed problems of economic development of Russia's Northern regions, associated with the implementation of oil and gas and infrastructure projects in the Arctic and shipping along the Northern Sea Route.
