A single decision hasn’t been accepted: the Europeans agreed that it is necessary to strengthen the external borders, to allocate more money to support the Frontex system, to save refugees who may die in the Mediterranean Sea, to create special regional camps for their distribution, but all this is on an entirely voluntary basis,” she explained.
